As the co-founder of Iron Butterfly Media, I’ve spent the past several years building a storytelling ecosystem that documents, preserves, and elevates women’s histories—particularly those in service-oriented fields. Our three flagship podcasts include: • The Women in the Arena Podcast (military veteran women), • The Planeteers Podcast (climate and sustainability changemakers), and • The Iron Butterfly Podcast (trailblazing women in intelligence). Throughout the past 5 years since our founding, we’ve built communities that intentionally carry forward themes of service, power, love, and friendship, while educating the next generation of women leaders in fields that are traditionally under-documented and often invisible. We’ve grown our listener base into the thousands, consistently outperforming industry benchmarks for engagement across a diverse, multi-generational audience. We know that producing a podcast is only the beginning; we pair authentic content with a full-funnel marketing strategy that includes strategic branding, dynamic social media engagement, and integrated use of AI platforms for reel generation and audience expansion. Podcasting alone doesn’t build community—you must activate every storytelling tool at your disposal to reach new audiences. Alongside our media company, we’ve launched the Iron Butterfly Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that deepens these efforts by hosting live events, facilitating cross-sector connections, and nurturing a wider learning community. I’m excited about the opportunity to collaborate with your team and contribute to the next evolution of Twine’s podcast. I bring not only deep podcast strategy and storytelling expertise, but also an operational and creative mindset to help design scalable workflows, a community-driven relaunch, and a meaningful audience experience—grounded in core values.
