Produced over 1,600 short-form videos (3–10 minutes) for Happiest (Facebook page with 5M+ followers). Led creator relationship management, secured permissions, and exclusive interviews. Directed weekly analytic briefs to tailor pitches, and maintained production schedules, budgets, crews, and timelines. Used ChatGPT to develop prompts and scripts and produced AI-driven content with Sora and Runway ML.

Produced viral human-interest pieces using voiceover, banners, b-roll, stock footage, graphics and audio from libraries. Developed an understanding of how to cut visual and audio elements for impactful storytelling. Designed eye-catching thumbnails to drive traffic. Completed a minimum of three complete edits per day, strengthening time management and the ability to work with concurrent deadlines. Built editorial confidence resulting in longer watch times and higher engagement. Worked with the wider team to workshop videos, incorporating feedback and making recommendations where appropriate.
