Conducted advanced research on the role of refugee women and girls in transnational solidarity networks, using quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Funded through University Lecturer Training National Program and contributed to interdisciplinary projects supported by national agencies. Organized and moderated conferences and workshops relating to human rights, cosmopolitanism, and migration. Held visiting researcher positions at the Universities of Utrecht and Glasgow.

Delivered courses on gender perspective, colonial politics, postcolonial cultures, and English language levels B1 and C1. Managed curriculum planning, team facilitation, student assessment, and co-tutored BA theses. Provided interpreting services for lectures and seminars involving multilingual participants. Completed training in public speaking, inclusivity, gender perspective in teaching, and coaching.
