Managed 1,000+ SKUs by color merchandising, fabric selection, and setting MSRP in the Excel line plan and PLM across 3 seasons. Conducted weekly trend and market analyses to inform senior Merchants. Merchandised up to 150 key looks, created run-of-show templates, and attended seasonal photoshoots to showcase products and outfits. Supported Sales Managers and Reps with merchandising knowledge aligned to regional product success.

Created and maintained sales orders in Full Circle, tracked line SMS, SMU, AMU, and reorder samples, and coordinated with Global Buying to ensure purchase orders were placed. Led cross-functional meetings with Product Creation, Sales, Global Buying, and Columbia Rivergate teams to track seasonal deadlines. Prepared Women's, Men's, Accessories, and Swim SMS for sales meetings, including photo shoot assets, companion guides, and sell-in workbooks. Attended photo shoots to assist models and visual merchandisers in executing assets for sell-in season.

Managed 500+ seasonal samples, prototypes, and product samples from inception to completion. Issued and maintained sample Purchase Orders based on seasonal updates and changes. Implemented data in the Bill of Materials in PLM and managed WIP for Women's, Men's, Accessories, Fast Track, and Print Styles. Negotiated sample deadlines and communicated design and development changes to international and domestic suppliers.
