    JOHN SPENCER: Well, Mr. Fraser, you would have considered yourself an expert at the time of your employment. Isn’t that right, Mr. Fraser?
    BEVERLY WAGNER: Objection, leading.
    JOHN SPENCER: Well then let’s look at this a different way, Mr. Fraser. Have you discussed this case with anyone, and do you have any idea as to what this case is all about?
    PAUL FRASER: Yes. Ms. Wagner told me what she expects me to testify to in regard to the pollution that was created at the plant.
    JOHN SPENCER: Mr. Fraser, let me get this clear. Are you saying that Ms. Wagner has covered the questions that you’re going to be asked and instructed you on how she expects you to answer them?
    PAUL FRASER: Well, yes. She told me that there was a multi $1,000.000 cleanup pending against the – the plant, and it – it was depending upon how I answered the questions at this deposition.
    JOHN SPENCER: Because of what Ms. Wagner told you about this case, do you feel that you have to protect the company by the way you answer my questions?
    BEVERLY WAGNER: Objection. Mr. Spencer, I object to that whole line of questioning. I’d like to go off the record and have a conference with my client.
    JOHN SPENCER: Yeah. I don’t think so, Ms. Wagner. It looks to me like there’s already been too much conversation between you and the witness. I think the Judge in this case would be very interested in finding out just what you briefed Mr. Fraser on and how much you’ve been coaching him on this case.
