Voices from the Field Film Series - Production Team at Administration for Children and Families: Office of Community Services
December 30, 2022 - December 30, 2024
In collaboration with the Office of Community Services (OCS), Creative Bend Films produced, filmed, and edited the 2023 and 2024 "Voices from the Field" video series. This 13-film documentary series captured the transformative impact of government assistance programs serving low-income families and vulnerable communities across the United States. Filming took place nationwide, including in American Samoa, central and western Alaska, California, Alabama, and Puerto Rico. Through in-depth interviews and immersive documentary storytelling, the Creative Bend team documented firsthand stories of resilience, hope, and measurable community impact. From initial concept development, scriptwriting, and pre-production logistics to nationwide travel, on-location filming, and full post-production editing, Creative Bend executed the comprehensive 13-film series within two years. The result was a powerful storytelling initiative that helped demonstrate program effectiveness and contributed to securing sustained funding for OCS initiatives. (Example videos in portfolio)

Creative Bend Films produced a multi-ad series of social media and television spots for the Tulsa Regional Chamber and Tulsa Regional Tourism Visit Tulsa campaign, which aired on the Discovery Channel and across digital platforms. The campaign spotlighted Tulsa’s thriving brewery scene, showcasing local craft culture and positioning the city as a vibrant travel destination. Collaborating closely with the Chamber’s marketing team, Creative Bend led the creative development process—from concepting and scriptwriting to editing broadcast and online cuts. Our team also designed and animated branded motion graphics, while filming on location at breweries and community events throughout Tulsa. The result was a dynamic, visually engaging campaign that amplified regional tourism messaging and celebrated the energy and authenticity of Tulsa’s local businesses.
