CAROLINE SIKOLIA

I’m a Data Analyst and Backend Developer from Nairobi, specializing in turning raw data into clear, decision-ready insights. I work with Python and SQL for data cleaning, EDA, statistical analysis, and machine learning, and I also build backend services with FastAPI and REST API best practices. I enjoy creating interactive dashboards in Power BI and using structured data validation to keep datasets accurate and reliable.

I’ve also built practical internal tools through automation (like Google Forms-based workflows) and supported teams with ICT troubleshooting and records digitization. My background blends hands-on backend development with a strong data and systems foundation, so I can handle both the technical building (APIs, CRUD operations, API testing) and the analytical side (dashboards, segmentation, predictive/prescriptive logic) with care for quality and documentation.
