I studied Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona, and Graphic Design at UAB. Nowadays based in Barcelona and I´m working like a freelance illustrator in my own studio. I am a lover of nature, animals and the sea, and these are today my main theme of inspiration. I am very influenced by the Mediterranean light and the landscapes of my small native region, located to the north of Catalonia. I enjoy creating magical and imaginary worlds where there are my animals, flowers and landscapes and where the viewer can travel to a dream world. My magical whales shows my admiration for these fantastic animals, the cetaceans , that I can saw in some of my travel at north Europe. My poppies and others landscapes are naturals elements that I can enjoy near my city. I love working with watercolors because this material allows me to experiment with color spots, play with very watery strokes and layers of paint and especially for its transparency. In many occasions I experiment with different types of support and materials, my pieces are dynamic and vibrant sometimes they seem to want to move and look for to create new textures. My watercolors are moments of life, through my paintings I want to evoke emotions, I would like people feel happier when they look at one of my works, they are paintings that want to transmit positive emotions.
