Led cross-functional UX across four major initiatives focused on workflow optimization and product modernization; research and data analysis guided the creation of an Outlook plug-in, reducing internal workload and enabling self-service; designed branding and UI for a proprietary video-conferencing solution using Zoom SDK; conducted journey maps and system audits to modernize legacy platforms.

Led competitive UX analysis and user research to identify opportunities and risks. Created product maps, user journeys, storyboards, and process flows to communicate design strategy and user experience. Designed low- and high-fidelity wireframes and UI for mobile apps and responsive web platforms. Built interactive prototypes in Figma and conducted usability testing to validate concepts and iterate. Collaborated with developers to ensure feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation. Collected feedback at each development stage and refined designs based on usage metrics and usability findings. Contributed to and maintained Design Systems to ensure consistency and scalability. Applied Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design where applicable.

Created a new visual identity and UI for a monitoring system used by state and federal law enforcement; developed brand and UI style guides; MVP screens and dashboards.
