Developed an intelligent customer support chatbot based on a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. Built and integrated embeddings and semantic search (including hybrid search with BM25 and reranking) to retrieve relevant knowledge, then generated responses using an LLM grounded in that knowledge.
