Trained and oversaw new in-house and outsourced hires on company standard print techniques and project management systems. Engineered and developed hands-on samples for emerging and established names in racing, entertainment, and collegiate organizations. Developed and maintained client logos, proofs, layouts, and finalized approved colors for internal server automation processes. Reviewed and finalized customer’s online on-demand product setups to ensure efficient and reliable company server operation.

Created and designed logos and proofs for client review under regular and quick turnaround requests. Reviewed and implemented all approved brand guidelines, layouts, and colors for final print and reproduction. Utilized the Pantone Matching System for various printer types including direct to garment, direct to film, and sublimation printers.

Conducted one-on-one initial consultations with walk-in potential customers to understand full project scope. Responsible for variable data setups for print and reproduction using Adobe Creative Suite. Designed and created original logos, letterheads, and business cards for in-house and outsourced printers.
