I began my career as a session keyboardist and arranger, working with artists such as Tina Turner, Tom Jones, Julian Lennon and Donovan. I also played in the band Yes, recording the 90125 album, and later signed with Geffen as part of Esquire. I moved to Los Angeles to sign as a songwriter with Warner Chappell and spent over 25 years collaborating with Cerrone, co-producing eight albums and MD’ing a series of large-scale son et lumiere shows in France and Japan, including Versailles and Live 8. I co-created the score for a Paris production of A Clockwork Orange at Cirque d’Hiver.
From 2008-2009 I wrote songs and scores for Exposure-The Musical, which was staged in 2016 at St James Theatre in London. Since 1990 I have worked as a film and TV composer, scoring over 40 feature films (including 12 Monkeys, The Mansion, Les Bodins en Thaïlande, and more) and TV projects such as Steven Seagal’s True Justice, Jasper the Mule, and Looking After Jojo (BBC, dir John Mackenzie). I have produced TV commercials for Porsche, Samsung, Land Rover, Sony PlayStation and BluRay, and I’ve arranged and produced music for Friends The Musical Parody, among others. Future collaborations include an untitled animation feature with Frederic Forestier and a project with The Art of THIS.
