I am an extremely passionate worker that approaches any task I put my mind to with energy and confidence. I recently graduated from the Filmmaking and Creative Technologies course at LIPA and have my heart set on remaining in the beautiful city of Liverpool so I can continue to pursue my ambitions of becoming a professional filmmaker, having already secured some regular camera work post graduation. The highlight of my filmmaking career thus far was the production of Method Men, an hour-long student film put together by myself and a team of five other filmmakers. The project was a huge undertaking, taking nearly a full year to produce. The whole experience, while extremely challenging, was equally rewarding as the film went on to win multiple internal awards within the university and went down as the highest graded film to come out of the course. On set my attitude is very positive, with no problem being too great to deter me from giving it my all, these are all skills that I transfer seamlessly into any workplace. Throughout my studies and other extracurricular activities, I also worked a weekend job at Tesco, however I am now looking for a role that can offer me more hours, the chance to develop as a content producer and the chance to thrive in a new environment.

    paper Live Lounge: Freddie Yowstra

This was a fun little project out of our living room made by myself and my two housemates, one of which was a filmmaker and the other a musician in a band, we called it, “Live Lounge”.
