The exterior showcases a modern tropical design with clean horizontal lines, a low-pitched hip roof, and a balanced mix of solid walls and expansive glass windows. A palette of neutral tones, wood-textured panels, and dark metal accents gives the façade a warm yet contemporary character. The gated frontage, integrated balcony, and surrounding lush greenery enhance the sense of privacy while reinforcing its upscale residential appeal.
