I animated the young pup Marona, a few shots from teenage Marona, and I also had the opportunity to animate and cleanup some of the adult Marona shots.     'Plastic Flowers' is an animated music video which shapes through music, lyrics and image an overwhelming, stern world in which the artificial mimics reality to such a degree that the protagonist finds it more and more difficult to distinguish reality from illusion, in the pursuit for his own inner fulfillment. For this project I directed and lead a small animation team for the first time. It was a great experience where I could explore new animation techniques to create a unique style, and it was one of the few projects where we had the liberty to write and animate the story exactly how we envisioned it from the lyrics and music. It travelled the world in over 20 Animation Festivals and had a great response from the public.
