Delivered an official licensed travel accessory range for the 2025 Lions Tour, covering technical development and production management. Built a 3-tier SKU architecture targeting core, heritage, and premium segments. Coordinated concurrent approvals between licensing bodies, stakeholders, and cultural advisory groups. Managed textile colour calibration across bamboo, mesh, and Taslon materials, integrated anti-counterfeit hologram systems into retail packaging, and ensured a production-ready collection without approval-stage revisions. Oversaw production of 9,000 units across three SKUs with estimated retail value of £315,000–£450,000.

Led end-to-end design and development across Trtl travel accessory categories, managing products from concept through production and retail launch. Directed product concept and design strategy, guided seasonal product roadmaps, and coordinated supplier communication across overseas factories. Owned BOM development and cost targets, directed packaging systems, and managed licensing compliance considerations. Coordinated sampling through factory exit and worked closely with procurement, marketing, and external stakeholders to deliver production-ready seasonal collections.
