Andrea Costa, known as Constaphoto, is an award winning (3x RTS) freelance filmmaker and drone operator based in Glasgow, Scotland. Originally from Italy, he moved to Scotland in 2019 to study Filmmaking and Screenwriting at the University of the West of Scotland (UWS), graduating with first-class honors in 2023. Starting out in photography, he later shifted his focus entirely to filmmaking and videography, specializing in camera work and drone cinematography. He has worked across Scotland, England, Italy, and the U.S., collaborating with brands, companies and clients on corporate videos, branded content, music videos, documentaries and scripted drama. His documentary work includes “If Elephants Could Fly” (co-director, cinematographer and editor), “Fast Forward” (director, cinematographer and editor - award winning), “On the Red List” (cinematographer- award winning), and “Connor Falcon Fettes story of a Stunt Rider” (director, cinematographer and editor), with several more projects currently in production. Passionate about visual storytelling, Andrea brings a cinematic and dynamic approach to every project.
