Worked in SeaWorld’s IT department. Used a basic understanding of computer hardware and networking to solve problems affecting a wide variety of employees and systems. Was trusted to replace a button next to the orca pools that would cost the park approximately $50,000 if mishandled, as well as several pieces of revenue-impacting hardware (payment terminals, ticket printers, etc.).
