Hello! I’m Jay from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and my specialty is spreading joy. As a UX/UI Designer, I work with various clients both as a freelancer and within an agency, handling everything from research to final prototypes. My diverse background combines customer service, customer experience, and support with recruiting and sales. I’ve designed products for both B2B and B2C markets.
