My name is Damien DUNY, I'm a french character designer. I am a graduate of CHARA ARTS school, based in Bourg-lès-Valence in France. I followed the "character design and animator" course in this school during 3 years. Now I have a Bachelor degree (Bac+3). During my formation, I learned the basics of 2D character design and animation and developpped my skills under the guidance of Lévi LEMAIRE (school director and character designer for Disney, Laika,...) and Olivier Delabarre (intervenant and character designer at Xilam...). I participated at 3 short student films, two of them being adaptations of childrens' books. I had the role of animator, visual development artist, lead character designer and I also did layout posing. These various productions were done with professionnal studio rythm, expand my practical experience and allowed me to gain proficiency in softwares such as Photoshop, TvPaint and Toon Boom Harmony Premium Pro. Creative, dedicated, meticulous, consistent in my work, I am highly motivated and available.
