    paper Creation of the Online Program "Yo Mami" — Dr. Chiara Pierinelli

    “Yo Mami” was born from the initiative of Chiara Pierinelli, a gastroenterologist-nutritionist, who wanted to develop a comprehensive course for mothers covering the stages before, during, and after pregnancy.

    To bring it to life, a multidisciplinary team was assembled, including design, social media, community management, and web development. As a starting point, a detailed brief was drafted based on the doctor’s branding, audience knowledge, and engagement levels.

    Simultaneously, the e-commerce website was developed and 10 ad pieces were produced, adapted for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Additionally, a 3-month content calendar was created, including storytelling, educational content, sales content, trends, and short-form reels.

    My role covered team management, deadlines, and project scheduling, as well as the production of social media materials, course videos, article writing, and additional materials for each chapter. I also led the influencer strategy: selection, cost negotiation, video coordination, content publishing, and scheduling.

    Results: The launch across Hispanic America generated over 300 e-commerce purchases, more than 3,000 new followers, over 300,000 views on ad content, and viral content reaching +1M views.
