Client Onboarding & Follow-Up System Built in GoHighLevel

This project involved designing and implementing a structured GoHighLevel system to support onboarding, follow-up, and internal operations.

The goal was to reduce manual effort, eliminate gaps between tools, and create a setup that the team could run reliably without constant fixes or supervision.

Work included structuring entry points (website and funnels), configuring pipelines and opportunity stages, implementing appointment scheduling, and building automation that connected each stage of the client journey.

Rather than treating each component as a standalone build, everything was designed as part of a single operational system focused on clarity, consistency, and long-term stability.
