My name is Davi, I’m 23 years old, I recently graduated in 3D Animation Design from Faculdade Méliès and I have a deep passion for creating 3D characters and scenarios, with a focus on modeling and texturing.
During my degree, I developed skills in several areas such as animation, rigging, lighting and visual effects. My course completion work was the production of the animated short ‘Boa Noite Luiza’. Stylized Sword is a game asset project developed to deepen my understanding of the full 3D production pipeline and Unreal Engine workflow. Based on Moniek Schilder’s concept art and guided by Sabrina Echouafni’s course at Level Up Digital, the process began with proxy modeling in Maya to establish the silhouette and proportions, followed by high-poly sculpting in ZBrush to refine surface details and geometry. The final asset features handpainted textures and was rendered in Unreal Engine, covering the complete pipeline from blockout to real-time presentation.
