Designed, coded, and shipped an AI-powered assistant to democratize migration information in Barcelona, Spain.

The Builder’s Journey:

Zero-to-One: Built the entire product from scratch, creating a centralized RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system that guides users through Visas, Citizenship, and Bureaucracy.

Tech Stack: Developed the frontend with Vue.js and Tailwind CSS, orchestrating the AI logic using LangChain and the OpenAI API.

Impact: Successfully launched the MVP, achieving 80+ active monthly users and validating the product-market fit.

Community Focus: Currently maintaining the platform as a non-profit tool to support the migrant community in Barcelona.

Overview:
Working for one of the most important banks in Chile, I was in charge of this project, helping to obtain more than 50k new users with a new digital account.

A successful product for the bank that changed how the bank and the design team design it.

Approach:
From the first idea, through stakeholder workshops, to research with users. UX and UI, improving the project with service design.

Overview:
Legacy operations were stifled by high cognitive load: users juggled 5 disparate windows and performed manual Excel updates just to complete a single shipment. My goal was to transform 4 disconnected tools into 1 unified platform. The result is a centralized SaaS that reduces operational friction, cutting average task time by 90% (from 60 to 8 minutes) for users across 15 global plants.

Approach:
I applied System Thinking and OOUX (Object-Oriented UX) to map the complex relationships between 200+ user roles and logistical data. Moving beyond traditional flows, I utilized AI-accelerated workflows to rapidly prototype and validate complex logic. This allowed me to deliver a scalable, modular architecture that simplifies decision-making without sacrificing the data density required by expert users.
