Tesis: Emotional well-being Methodology for measuring the impact of mobile technology on the emotional well-being of undergraduate students at UAM Cuajimalpa. This study focuses on developing a methodology to assess the impact of mobile technology on the emotional well-being of students at UAM Cuajimalpa. It begins by defining and conceptualizing emotional well-being, emphasizing its key dimensions and how they relate to the use of mobile devices. To facilitate this, a questionnaire (Beitem) consisting of 59 items has been created to explore various aspects of emotional well-being within the student context. This tool is grounded in a theoretical framework that incorporates relevant emotional and sociocultural variables specific to the university environment. The primary aim of the research is to provide educators and academic leaders with an effective instrument to better understand students' emotional needs and to develop appropriate intervention strategies. The findings from this study are anticipated to enhance the understanding of how mobile technology influences emotional well-being and to support the implementation of programs that foster a healthier and more balanced educational atmosphere.
