I am an ambitious, confident and determined professional who strives to complete tasks to the best of my ability and to get things right. I am a team player and an effective communicator, developed further through a public speaking course at college. I have always been a caring person who considers others’ needs, with experience in mental health support groups and offering advice and guidance on lifestyle and health.

My passion for mental health grew during my time in America with Camp America, where I cared for vulnerable adults and children, and I’ve continued to blend physical fitness with mental wellbeing through my work as a personal trainer. As a freelance actor and performer, I aim to inspire others to be their best while prioritising health and safety and finding holistic solutions that address both physical and mental wellbeing.
