I created a cinematic AI-generated recruitment commercial for a fictional staffing agency specializing in logistics and warehouse professionals.
The objective was to showcase how modern AI technology can produce engaging employer branding and recruitment campaigns that attract job seekers through authentic storytelling and high-quality visuals.
I managed the entire creative process, including concept development, scriptwriting, prompt engineering, AI image generation, AI video animation, voice-over production, sound design, editing, color grading, and final delivery.
The commercial was designed specifically for social media advertising and optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts in both 9:16 and 4:5 formats.
