Mechanical Design Engineer II at MACOM Technology Solutions

August 1, 2018 - December 1, 2023

Created high quality and effective mechanical designs to optimize test procedures. Collaborated with operators to define needs of the production lab. Created BOMs and ECOs on Agile PLM. Designated as the point of contact for legacy product test fixture needs. Wrote Work Instructions for assembly and usage of test fixtures. Head of 3D printing and main contact for all 3D printing requests. Performed maintenance and ordered materials for all local 3D printers. Collaborated with engineers to bring new product lines into production.

Production-line Mechanical Engineer at HANA Semiconductor

January 1, 2023 - March 1, 2023

Participated in rotation training program; cooperated with local engineers and operators to address immediate production line needs. Acted as liaison between Thailand and the USA to support both sites. Assisted in creating fixtures and procedures for large-scale production line.
