01 — Context & Problem
ClubDia is a loyalty program from a major supermarket chain. The entire coupon and benefits system existed only in physical format: printed cards, paper coupons, and manual codes at checkout.
The challenge: bring the full experience to the digital environment — web and app — without losing clarity for the user and reducing friction at the moment of purchase.
