Hello! I’m Mercedes Rivera, a bilingual (Spanish & English) Graphic Designer with international experience in design, customer service, education, and hospitality. I combine visual creativity with cultural awareness, and I love working with clients who appreciate thoughtful design and professionalism.

Over the years, I’ve lived in England and traveled through 15 countries across South, Central, and North America — these experiences have sharpened my sensitivity to different cultures, improved my adaptability, and strengthened my communication skills in diverse settings.

My design work includes creating marketing materials, educational graphics, identity branding, and more — always focused on clarity, visual appeal, and brand consistency. I’m especially proud of my role as Housing Program Assistant for CIEE, where I not only managed logistics and operations but also contributed by designing graphic pieces for orientations and internal communications.

What sets me apart:

Fast learner, always eager to take on new tasks and adapt to clients’ styles and requirements.

Strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines, ensuring client satisfaction.

Warm, empathetic communication, especially for projects related to education, travel, or services.

I’m active on freelance platforms, always updating my portfolio with new, high-quality work, and ready to collaborate with clients around the world. Let’s create something great together!
