I am Mane Khachatryan a dedicated and results-oriented Human Resources and Operations Specialist with over 13 years of diverse experience across logistics, communications, and education. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated exceptional skill in recruitment, employee management, and HR policy development, fostering positive workplace cultures and driving organizational success.
I began my professional journey as a journalist with Lori TV in Vanadzor, where I refined my communication and interpersonal skills. Later, I transitioned into education, working as a teacher and mentor, supporting students in achieving their academic goals. My most recent role in logistics dispatch at A&L Company (USA) allowed me to develop strong operational and client relationship management expertise, coordinating vital business processes with precision and professionalism.

Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English, I combine my strong communication abilities with a passion for people-focused solutions. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Mkhitar Gosh University and am proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and administrative operations.
