Dear Hiring Team, I am a developer by training who fell in love with SEO 15 years ago, and never left. That combination is really the whole story: I understand how sites are built and how they rank, so I can move from a technical audit straight to writing the code that fixes it, without anything getting lost in between. It is the kind of all-round profile your SEO Consultant role seems to be looking for. What excites me most right now is that our craft is changing fast. Search is no longer just Google and ten blue links; it is ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI overviews, and agents that browse and decide. I genuinely love what SEO is becoming, and I have leaned all the way into it, to the point where I now see myself as much a GEO / AI-search specialist as a classic SEO. Concretely, alongside my client consulting I build my own tools around all of this. I run programmatic SEO across 50+ sites and I built an end-to-end AI pipeline (keyword research, SERP analysis, brief, writing, publishing) in Python and Next.js. So when it comes to leveraging AI to streamline SEO workflows and QAing technical implementations, it is not something I am learning for the interview, it is what I do every week. On the consulting side, I have spent years working directly with clients: multi-client SEO strategy for SMBs and e-commerce, technical audits, site migrations, structured data, link building, and turning complex findings into simple, actionable steps for both developers and marketing teams. In short, the kind of generalist who is genuinely good across the board, technical, strategic and hands-on. I am bilingual in French and English and based in Toulouse, France (currently in Helsinki, Finland). The idea of doing this alongside some of the brightest SEOs in the business is genuinely exciting, and I would love to talk it through. Thank you for considering my application. Warm regards, Dimitri Landes
