I designed the platform in Figma through user research and multiple iterations of sketching and wireframing, culminating in a robust 50+ component design system for dashboards, forms, and notifications. I then developed a fully responsive web app in Framer using no-code tools, enabling participation logging for projects, links, dates, notes, and statuses. I implemented smart reminders and in-app notifications using Framer’s logic for token claim alerts, and designed and launched a secure, email-only onboarding flow with Web3 aesthetics in under two months following usability testing.

I conducted user research to identify user needs and gathered insights through usability testing, translating findings into visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces. I created wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, while collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure all solutions met both design and technical requirements. I also developed and maintained design systems for consistency and scalability, and in addition to my design role, I was appointed to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Academy.
