Working for a large format graphics and signage company, my main role was supporting the New Sales Account Manager. This involved logging orders on the company's system and seeing them through from start to delivery. Other duties included answering the phone, emails and general office tasks.

Working for a print management company, my duties include the running of monthly/weekly order and stock reports using MS Excel for the company’s top key clients. Also keeping track of usage of stock in the warehouse and replenishing stock using Sage. Managing the companies online MRC (Marketing Resource Centre) ordering system, from taking orders through production to despatch and regular updates and artwork template checks. Taking orders from customers via phone/email through print production to despatch which involves finding the best print supplier to produce their order, to checking artwork and entering the order on the companies internal office system, Optima. Also pricing jobs and quoting customers. Attending yearly key customer supplier conference on behalf of the company to promote business awareness. Answering the phone and email queries, and I've also helped with setting up the companies Twitter account.
