Provided leadership of New York studio and equipment service operations including production scheduling, inventory management, facilities, logistics planning and creative execution. Managed, negotiated, and cataloged production schedules to optimize studio space and resource utility for BuzzFeed and its Entities at the time (BuzzFeed, Complex Networks, Huffington Post, First We Feast). Developed an organized inventory system for film, lighting, and sound equipment, improving efficiency and accessibility for producers. Created lighting setups for BuzzFeed teams and its Entities, establishing working templates for new staff. Set up live feeds for Talent and Branded Clients during filming. Also served as DP and Camera Operator on shoots and performed audio operations for multi-talent sessions.
