    paper CITIZENS BUDGET GUIDE SERIES (CBG), PIANGO (TONGA 2024–25

    My primary task was leading the design and production of a series of 10 “Citizens Budget Guides”
    (CBGs) for the Pacific Islands Association of NGOs (PIANGO), including the Tonga 2024–25 edition.
    The core challenge was to transform highly complex, technical financial reports into visually
    accessible and comprehensible publications for the public. I was responsible for the CBG’s design
    from concept, which involved redesigning all financial graphs and infographics from scratch to
    maximize public clarity. This project required disciplined project management to ensure successful,
    on-time delivery while strictly adhering to the distinct branding guidelines of PIANGO and three co-
    sponsoring organizations involved in the series oversight. The final guides were delivered as e-copies,
    achieving the project’s goal of promoting civic transparency and government accountability.
