Oversaw end-to-end photo post-production operations. Managed and coordinated retouch teams (up to 30 retouchers). Recruited, assessed, and trained new retouchers (approximately 15 trained and mentored) and provided ongoing technical guidance and quality control across high-end retouching projects in beauty, luxury, and advertising. Allocated projects, planned production schedules, monitored deadlines based on team skills and priorities, and supported client relationships by interpreting feedback and guiding technical final approvals. Remained hands-on for the most complex retouching work (beauty retouching, color grading, and image-series consistency).

Led end-to-end high-end beauty retouching for Marc Jacobs beauty and e-commerce imagery. Served as the sole retoucher on projects from file preparation through final delivery. Delivered premium beauty retouching, color grading, and image-series matching in line with brand standards and production deadlines. Worked on-site in New York collaborating daily with partner studios’ creative and production teams. Managed feedback rounds and ensured final image delivery aligned with specifications.

Led end-to-end retouching and finalized e-commerce imagery for Dior. Ensured visual quality, color accuracy, and consistency across image sets. Collaborated with creative and production teams at Rawsource Paris, managed revisions through final approval, and delivered final files.
