Audio Engineer Responsibilities: • Record, edit, mix, and master audio sessions • Operate DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, FL Studio, Logic Pro, etc.) • Set up and manage microphones, outboard gear, and digital plugins • Collaborate with artists to capture their sound professionally Requirements: • Proficiency in audio software and studio hardware • Knowledge of acoustics and mixing/mastering techniques • Portfolio or samples of previous work ⸻ 🎧 2. Music Producer Responsibilities: • Collaborate with artists to develop musical ideas • Compose, arrange, and program beats/instrumentals • Oversee song structure, tempo, and vibe • Guide vocal performances and creative direction Requirements: • Skilled in music theory, composition, and beat-making • Versatile with multiple genres (e.g., hip-hop, R&B, pop, etc.) • Experience with DAWs and MIDI sequencing ⸻ 🗣️ 3. Vocal Producer / Coach (Optional Role) Responsibilities: • Direct vocal sessions and enhance performance • Provide warm-up, pitch, and delivery coaching • Help arrange harmonies and vocal layers Requirements: • Background in vocal performance or coaching • Understanding of melody, pitch correction, and vocal production ⸻ 💼 4. Grip Boy/ Audio Post Assistant at Big shoulder Production

Setup lighting, mixer, lava mics and props for stage green screen for clients. Run on shoot with videographers and sound engineers. Breakdown setup and equipment from video shoot and return back to cage for inventory. Assist with the battery swap out troubleshooting routing issue before recording. Assist Audio engineers in editing & cleaning up dialog by EQ’ing and compression on vocals for audio post production. Create and clean sound effects and other old recordings using Izotope software . Assist with Mixing projects that are sensitive to deadlines at -24db for broadcasting standards
