This mini-documentary highlights Quebec’s industrial expertise and concrete solutions for integrating reusable packaging and containers into the bio-food sector. Through the voices of restaurateurs, processors, designers, and distributors, it reveals a collective transition in motion, driven by innovation and collaboration among local entrepreneurs.This project was directed in collaboration with the team from the Guichet unique pour la transition alimentaire.
