Hi, I’m Rafael Bernabeu García, a multidisciplinary sound designer and composer based in Montreuil, just outside Paris. I work across cinema, advertising, contemporary music, and sound installations, creating immersive soundscapes and detailed post-production for film, TV, and digital projects. I co-own and lead The Guernica Group and Eport Studio, coordinating audio postproduction, design, and creative direction for international collaborations.

I thrive in collaborative, interdisciplinary environments and enjoy shaping narratives through sound. My work spans projects with Iran, the USA, France, and Spain, and I aim to craft accessible, innovative solutions that respect the cultural and historical context of each piece while delivering top-tier audio.

Araucaria Araucana

In the Southern Andes, a living being survives since 200 million years: the “Araucaria Araucana” with its incredible history, little known and forever linked to an Amerindian people of Chile: the Pehuenches. This isolated community survived during centuries thanks to the Araucarias. A perfect harmony between man and nature, upset by the invasion of the Spanish colonists, the conflicts of territories and the increase of logging. Protected today, this sacred forests are the refuge of a unique and wild nature; but other dangers threaten this balance.
