I'm Erik, a New York-based artist manager who has spent the last three years helping independent artists plan and execute their album rollouts. The reason this project caught my attention is the world Jay is building around the record. A cinematic, late-night soul/R&B album dealing with isolation, ambition, and self-reflection calls for a rollout that carries the same atmosphere as the music, and that is the kind of work I am most drawn to. Storytelling has always been the part of this job I care about most. In terms of the practical work, I am equipped to handle each piece of the rollout. I can structure a release timeline working backward from the release date, schedule and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and X, monitor audience engagement and respond to interactions, and keep all rollout materials organized through the final stretch before release. Having built artists with very limited resources before, I understand how to stretch a modest budget and where to concentrate effort for the greatest return. I want to be someone Jay can create with throughout the process. I take direction well, I contribute ideas where they are useful, and I remain communicative and reliable from the first call to the release date.
