My aim is to gone the artistic tendencies expressed from a young age to this day in the forms of photography and graphic design by combining them with my undergraduate studies (structural engineering / architecture) and postgraduate studies (digital culture / animation) via work

As part of my semester project for my Master’s in Animation, I explored the fundamentals of character motion in 2D animation.
From walking to running, I focused on flow, weight, and natural movement, applying the core principles of animation.
Goal: To develop the ability to bring characters to life through realistic and expressive motion.
The character is inspired by Sheep in Wolves’ Clothing by Satoshi Kitamura, and the animation is set to Deux Arabesques, L. 66: No. 2 in G Major, Allegretto scherzando.
Unfinished is a student project developed as part of my MA in Animation at the University of West Attica. It was created for two semester courses: 3D Animation and Post Production, and explores the production pipeline of a short animated piece, from early concept to final video.
The story is loosely based on a real challenge I faced while learning Blender — specifically, my struggle to apply textures to the character’s eyes. This small technical frustration became the core idea behind the narrative.
For the Post Production class, the main goal was to create an animatic. I used Krita to sketch the storyboard and Adobe Premiere Pro to edit the frames together and turn them into a video sequence.
In the 3D Animation course, we were tasked with creating a short animation using Blender, featuring both a 2D and a 3D character interacting. The character design and basic animations were done using MakeHuman and Mixamo, then further refined, animated, and rendered in Blender. The final video was edited and sound-designed in Premiere Pro, while the end credits were designed and animated in After Effects.
This project was a mix of learning, problem-solving, and experimenting — and even though it’s called Unfinished, it captures a complete and honest part of the creative process.
