Ersin Ersavas

I’m Ersin Ersavas, a Turkish oud-focused composer, music producer, arranger, and session musician based in Istanbul. I create original instrumental work and reinterpret Turkish modal music through Turkish makam traditions, jazz fusion, ambient textures, and contemporary cross-cultural production—blending traditional melodic knowledge with modern recording and arrangement approaches.

I work across composition, recording, and arrangement, and I also support productions with authentic oud performances and stylistically grounded melodic parts. When I’m not in the studio, I teach oud technique and makam foundations through private and online lessons, helping international learners build strong performance fundamentals and musical understanding.
