Lead Designer at Software Mind LATAM

Focus: Branding, product design, UI and front-end support across multiple clients and product teams. My role at Software Mind evolved through two stages. In the early years at Virtualmind, I led the Web Design and UI area, shaping the company’s visual identity and contributing to the development of its organizational culture. I helped strengthen collaboration, design processes and communication practices, creating a more cohesive and design-driven environment. During this stage, I delivered branding and UI projects end to end—leading visual direction, designing interfaces and implementing HTML/CSS components in close collaboration with development teams. I also worked directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into clear, effective design outcomes. After the company’s acquisition and transition to Software Mind, my work focused primarily on supporting Quik!, one of our key clients. I contributed to the evolution of their core product by helping define features, designing UI patterns, refining interaction flows and implementing scalable front-end components. My approach combined brand consistency, user experience clarity and cross-team collaboration.
