About
Retail tech veteran turned AI strategist with 25+ years guiding ERP implementations across Europe and South America. I combine technical depth with business intuition to move beyond basic reporting toward Active Intelligence, backed by an MBA in Deep Learning and multiple Google Cloud certifications. I’m passionate about leveraging Generative AI and data intelligence to optimize operations and personalize the customer journey.
Today I help retailers transform data into strategic advantage in hyper-competitive markets, from cleaning and forecasting sales histories to building AI-driven experiences that improve margins and customer engagement. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, I enjoy translating complex data problems into practical, bottom-line solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
