This project was designed and delivered to opening, in five weeks.

The budget was constrained and absolute project efficiency was required.

A full suite of design information was prepared: Design concept, design development, full drawing pack including schedules and detail drawings, construction drawings.

Early engagement with contractors and sub-contractors, including fitout, furniture, lighting, all finishes, was essential, so as that only products immediately available were specified.

The project was an immense success, and was awarded 2 Michelan Stars.

This was a large scale project that required a complete strip-out of the existing bar. To do this I worked with the structural engineer in the preparation of the demolition drawings, and then the full setout drawings for the new works.

I took on a clash detection review in terms of interior design, MEP, structural design.

I brought the project through from developing the brief with the client, to concept design, design development, tender information production, tender management, for construction drawings.

I acted as the fitout project manager, liaising with the production team, based in Northern Ireland and the works team on site.

The project was completed in 16 weeks, from the taking of the brief, to handover.

This project was particularly tricky as it was done during lock-down during the Covid pandemic.
