Eva Mogendorff

Hi, I’m Eva Julia Mogendorff, a knitwear and fashion designer and photographer based in Amsterdam. I translate concept and emotion into clear, commercially compelling collections and visual narratives.
As a designer, I specialize in knitwear, jersey, tailoring, and performance, taking ideas from research and concept through to tech packs, fittings, and production. I work end to end, shaping color, texture, material, and fit into ready to produce designs that resonate both creatively and commercially.
Alongside design, I work as a fashion and street photographer, capturing vulnerability, materiality, and movement through the lens. I have photographed backstage at Amsterdam Fashion Week, including Wanrooij Gallery, WDKA Graduate Show, Botter x Jimmy Woo, Max Zara Sterck, and Annelijn Harteveld. My photographic work explores the body, atmosphere, and the emotional undercurrent of fashion, balancing documentary sensitivity with compositional intention.
Whether through garment construction or imagery, I am drawn to storytelling that connects concept to lived experience.
