My name is Everett Richardson. My artist name is Everett Michael, and I am a freelance creator through various mediums. This is a music video for one of my songs, “From The Shadows”. The song itself is about how one finds him or herself consumed by dark thoughts until they decide to make necessary changes to find their way out of them. My idea for the video came not long before shooting, and I wanted it to be a reflection of the song itself. I also created an extended Director’s Cut of the video, dedicated to those with mental health struggles, as I believe they can relate wholeheartedly.
