Serve as the Producer/Project Manager for assigned projects; prior to on-site install or strike, familiarize with scope of work, review drawings, verify shipment manifests and logistics; ensure information in project drawing packages and show element lists (SEL) is coordinated and aligns with materials purchased and delivered to site; integrate with BMP Studio Design Manager and Show Set Manager for resource allocations.

Collaborate with the project management team; oversee and manage the production processes and operations of RWS experiences. Manage the planning phase for the project; assist with shaping/reviewing procurement; ensure clear understanding of scope division and cohesive timeline for all technical elements; assess project and resource requirements; manage onsite daily scheduling with client, creative team, stage manager, company manager, or technical director.

Responsible for supervision and implementation of the daily operation of consumer events, festivals and shows, including scheduling and follow up on task assignments for cast and crew. Liaison with Production, Entertainment Technical, and Operational Entertainment Management Staff. Maintained artistic and technical integrity of the show/event as front-line management. Developed, updated, and followed SOPs, attendance/performance tracking, daily reports, supply requests, and other documentation required for entertainment operations.
