Hi, I’m Fabio Zini—a guitarist, composer and arranger based in Los Angeles. Originally from Argentina, I studied music education at the National University of Santa Fe and pursued orchestration masterclasses with Oleg Paiberdin in Moscow. I’ve earned a Berklee Celebrity Scholarship and a Professional Certificate in Composition and Orchestration for Film and TV from Berklee College of Music, which reflect my commitment to storytelling through music.
I work across film scores, TV music, and live performance, collaborating on projects such as Flowers para los muertos (Flow ers para los muertos) directed by P. David Ebersole with producer Todd Hughes, and I’ve written and arranged music for Chango Spasiuk’s La Ponzoña. My goal is to blend traditional tango-infused color with contemporary orchestration to convey deep emotions on screen and stage.

Here’s a link to four compositions. Three feature two distinct textures, with the second emerging halfway through each track, while the final piece is influenced by the music from the Chernobyl series, featuring minimalist elements that evolve continuously. I perform all the guitar parts myself, and I specialize in guitar performance.
